WHAT IS APPLICATION?

An application is a software package or piece of document which is used to performs some task.The task of the application will depends on the logic or programs, developed by the engineering or coded by the engineering create the application.

Types of Application:

1.Stand alone application:

Any application where no external support like internet database required for the device to use the application is known as stand alone application.

Features:-

Single user can uses application.
Internet connection is not required.
Database is not required.
Installed is required.

Exa:-Gallery, Camera, Notepad etc.

2.Web application:

Any application which is open through browser is known as web application.

Features:-

Multiple user can uses application.
Internet connection is required.
Database is also required.
Installed is not required.

Exa:- WhatsApp, Facebook, Flipkart etc.

Types of application:

(i)Static web application/web pages:-It is a type of web application where server site changes will not be occur for the any user in the web pages.

Exa:- jspider, Qspider, Wikipedia etc.

(ii)Dynamic webpage/web application:-It is a type of web application when server site changes may occur in the web application for the end user ask for they interest.

Exa:-YouTube webpages, shopping webpages, Instagram webpages etc.

3.Client/server application:

Any application where be use of client application to access the server application is known as client/server application.

Features:-

Multiple user can uses application.
Internet is required.
Database is required.

Installation is required but in the client base local device.

Exa: Browser application, Facebook, WhatsApp, GPay, PhonePe etc.

LAYER OF WEB APPLICATION

1.Front-end web application:-

Front-end is also known as the user interface (UI). The end user access one user the we application through the front-end.

To create the front-end any web application developer use some technology like HTML, CSS, JAVA-SCRIPT etc.

2.Back-end web application: –

Back-end is the server layer ofthe web application where the application production code or program or present. In this layer the end-user requestwill be procced and respond back.

To create the back-end developers uses some technology program like Java, Python, Node JS, Rubby etc.

3.Database:-

This is the third layer of the web application Where the end-user data will be store. And the cred operation should be undertake.

Devices:

Communication is the process of exchanging information, ideas, thoughts, feelings, or messages between individuals or groups through verbal and non-verbal means, such as spoken or written language, body language, and tone of voice.

Technology:

Technology is the activity of designing and constructing and programming. Or

Technology is use of scientific knowledge for practical purposes or application, whether in industry or in our everyday lives.

Web-technology:

web technology is a platform to make front-end (UI) by using HTML, CSS and Java Script (JS).
